The monthlong celebration of the 50th Founding Year of PNUNL culminates today, July 31, as alumni gather face-to-face and virtually, in the annual Panagawid, the homecoming program for graduates of the university.
This celebration has been extra-special since Dr. Bert J. Tuga, the University President himself graced the occasion, a first for PNUNL’s history. Together with Dr. Tuga is Dr. Lordinio A. Vergara, VP URA of the university system.
The first-ever virtual alumni homecoming was initiated by the PNUNL Alumni Association President, Hon. Garry G. Galutera, City Councilor of Cauayan City with the help of batch 1995.
Finally, only select participants were allowed in the event while necessary health protocols and restrictions in effect to the locality were strictly followed.
