MA. LINA P. SARIO, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor V of Philippine Normal University North Luzon. She currently serves as faculty of the Filipino Education unit and at the same time Registrar-Designate of the campus. Prior to her present position, she served as Associate Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Development (2015-2017). She finished her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) with specialization in Educational Management at Northeastern College, Santiago City in 2005 and 2000, respectively. She also completed academic requirements in Master of Arts in Pagtuturo ng Filipino from Philippine Normal University, Manila, and her Bachelor in Elementary Education (BEEd) from Philippine Normal College, Isabela Campus, Alicia, Isabela in 1987.

Dr. Sario handles student teaching courses for almost two decades. She also teaches general and specialization courses in Filipino. She has published reserches in international research journals. She is an international as well as national research presenter. She is also a co-author of several books in Filipino such as Komunikasyon sa Akademikong Filipino, Masining na Pagpapahayag, at Pagbasa at Pagsulat sa Iba’t Ibang Disiplina. During her term as Associate Dean, she has spearheaded the Regional Seminar on Indigenizing Instructional Materials in the K-12 Curriculum.
