MARIE GRACE S. CABANSAG, Ph.D., is a Professor at Philippine Normal University North Luzon Campus in Alicia, Isabela. She is the Dean of Academics and Indigenous Peoples Education from 2015 to present. Prior to her present designation, she had served as faculty personnel at the Office of Student Affairs and Student Services (OSASS) from 1992-2007 then she became the head of OSASS from 2007-2011.

She had earned the degrees Bachelor of Elementary Education with Specialization in Science  Cum Laude (1991), Master of Arts in Education with specialization in Guidance and Counselling (1996), Doctor of Philosophy in Institutional Development and Management (2006), Master of Biological Sciences  Cum Laude (2012), and presently working on her dissertation toward her second doctorate degree Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education major in Biological Sciences.

Dr. Cabansag had published researches in international journals as well as presented her research outputs in several conferences in the country and abroad. She received plaques of appreciation for her research publication efforts and was recently awarded as Best Research Presenter in an international research conference.

She is also actively involved in extension programs, outreach activities and community services as lecturer, resource speaker, and guest/commencement speaker. She was tasked as team leader  in a number of accreditation works in different State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in her capacity as an accreditor in AACCUP (Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines, Inc.) from 2015 to present and recently joined as a member of CHEDRO2 RQAT (Regional Quality Assessment Team) for Teacher Education cluster.
