FEMILYN P. ANCHETA, MAEd, is a faculty of Teacher Development at the Philippine Normal University North Luzon, Alicia, Isabela.  Prior to her current post, she served as a Faculty Assistant at the Office of Student Affairs and Student Services (2005-2014) and the Director of the Office of Student Services (June 2015-May 2018). Prof. Ancheta is currently enrolled for her PhD in Guidance and Counseling at Philippine Normal University, Manila under the Professional Development Incentive Program (PDIP). She earned her Master of Arts in Education with specialization in Values Education at the Center for Research and Communication now University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P), Metro Manila.

Prof. Ancheta is an AACCUP Accreditor, a Regional Trainer for the K-12 Basic Education Program on Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP), a trained trainer (national level) for the New General Education Core Courses in Values Education, and a research presenter in local and international conferences. She continues to teach Understanding the Self (Values Education) and other social science subjects.
