CARLINO G. SANTOS JR., MAEd, is a faculty of Philippine Normal University North Luzon. He is under the Faculty of Teacher Development while serving as the University Guidance Counselor at the Office of Student Services. Prior to his employment at PNUNL, he worked as Guidance Counselor at the Department of Education particularly in Doña Aurora National High School, Aurora, Isabela (November 2011-April 2016).
He taught Basic Theology, Psychology-related Courses, and High School Values Education subjects at the University of St. Louis, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (November 2010-October 2011). He also worked as College Instructor and University Registrar while teaching Social Sciences and Psychology Courses at the University of Perpetual Help System-Isabela Campus, Cauayan City, Isabela (June 2005-April 2010). He was a Social Science Instructor at Wesleyan University-Philippines, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija (June 2002-March 2005).
Mr. Santos earned 51 units in Doctor of Philosophy in Education, major in Educational Management at Our Lady of the Pillar College, Cauayan City, Isabela. He finished Master of Arts in Education, major in Guidance and Counseling at University of La Salette, Santiago City. He also obtained his Master of Science in Teaching, major in Social Studies at St. Paul University Philippines, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. He took up Bachelor of Arts, major in Psychology at Wesleyan University-Philippines, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
