Fifty alumni of PNU North Luzon were recognized today, July 26, as the Nabalitukan nga Apit or 50 Golden Harvest in celebration of the 50th Founding Anniversary of the campus.
In an awarding ceremony both conducted face to face and virtually via Zoom, alumni who have achieved exemplary feats in various fields of discipline were given due recognition as they received plaque and tokens.
Dr. Bert J. Tuga, University President, Dr. Harry P. Huliganga, Vice President for Finance and Administration and Dr. Lordinio A. Vergara, Vice President for University Relations and Advancement bestowed the awards to the recipients. Moreover, Dr. Tuga, in his message expressed his awe and salutations to the campus for having produced imitable graduates such as the awardees.
Previously, the awardees went under a selection process that includes nomination and scrutiny of pertinent documents as reflected in the guidelines set for the search for Nabalitukan nga Apit. Furthermore, they were selected in either of the following categories: Administrative Position, Teaching Position, Politics and Governance, Culture and Arts, Commerce and Industry, Environment and Humanitarian Advocacies and Military Service.
Only a limited number of participants were allowed in the event and necessary health protocols upheld in the locality were followed strictly.
